How is the Praice profile different?
When we present ourselves, we often talk about what we do, where we come from, or our educational background. But we are missing the most important thing: Who we are as individuals! The problem is that there is no simple way to communicate the subtleties in our personal qualities without resorting to empty platitudes. This is what Praice is here to change.
The Praice profile is an ipsative profile based on five categories containing eight characteristics each. It strikes a delicate balance of being quick to complete, but still delivering a meaningful data point with specific characteristics contributing negatively or positively to the different performance KPIs of each organisation.
